I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Lin, a real estate agent at
Dragon Realty, Michael helped me sell my house within the first week of the open inspection! I couldn't believe how quickly and smoothly the process went.
Before i decided to sell my property, Michael and the Dragon Realty team had been managing it for over a year. They were an absolute breeze to work with and made everything so easy for me . I gave Michael Lin the opportunity to sell my apartment & I have found him to be an honest, Hardworking Sales Agent. the first day we met he gave me an upfront cost of his sales commission, & the best way to sell my property, as well as advised to enhance the sale of my property, these enhancements were not expensive to do & were something i had overlooked.
Michael promptly organized everything regarding the marketing of the property. He also has a large database of prospective buyers.
